A bilingual journalist and content strategist, graduated Magna Cum Laude with a double major in Multimedia Journalism and History from Florida Atlantic University. My journey has taken me across four countries, honing my ability to communicate with impact in two languages, connect with diverse audiences, and cover complex topics with rigor and clarity.

 

Raised in Bogotá, Colombia, I have always believed that education and information are essential pillars for progress and transformation, both individually and collectively.

I am passionate about journalism and deeply believe in the transformative power of words. My interests span governance, international relations, and Latin American affairs. I have been honored with the Green Eyeshade Award (First Place, Column Writing) and have had the privilege of interviewing historic journalism figures such as Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein.

 

I currently serve as a Bilingual Content Strategist at Courier Newsroom, where I design social media strategies and create culturally relevant content for Latino audiences, integrating innovative formats to maximize reach and engagement.

Previously, I was Editor-in-Chief of University Press at FAU, leading a talented team of journalists and covering topics ranging from business and politics to higher education. I have also worked as a bilingual reporter, social media strategist, and content creator, helping newsrooms grow and connect with new generations on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

I believe in the urgent need to innovate how we communicate—combining digital tools and advanced technology with the highest standards of ethical journalism. In a world of constant change, it is essential to find creative and effective ways to deliver verified information, fostering critical thinking and informed debate.

My goal is to actively contribute to the transformation of the media landscape by developing strategies that educate, inform, and empower communities. I am convinced that strong journalism, adapted to the dynamics of the digital era, can serve as the bridge between tradition and innovation, reaching wider and more diverse audiences.
